RBR850 - unable to upgrade firmware

    What browser are you using to download the FW files? If you have RBS along with the RBR, you need the two separate files, RBS and RBR. Be sure your unpacking the FW files from the .zip files to reveal the actual .chk files that have to be sent using the RBS and RBR web pages.

My Orbi WiFi router is definitely RBR850.

And I wondered the same so downloaded firmware zip file 3x. Same result every time. 😕
