Hi,
The exact same thing occurs after doing this. The white light flashes and will not stop.
It is connected to the HFC modem the Australian nbn provides - (same same model used everywhere in austraila) - as it has before the firmware update. I don't have it off hand - however i don't see how that is the issue. As this all works fine - and the only change is the firmware and the white light flashing, I cant see how this would make a difference.
I had this issue before when I first installed the Orbi and updated the firmware. I was able to put the old one back on with help of chat support, and then upgraded to latest one again and the flashing went away. The whole time the internet worked, just the flashing is very annoying in a dark room.
I have the exact same issue now - and I cannot see how to fix this by downgrading and then reinstalling.

Thanks for this.
I'm not a technical expert - I am trying to use the debug screen to find the extra button. The instructions are not clear and don't work for me, I can't find the yes button.
Does my warranty cover me using this telnet thing, as I have no idea what I am doing.
This was the most expensive router in the shop - I was hoping this would just work, I didn't realise you need a degree to operate it.
Any help would be appreciated.

I managed to find the yes button.
I downgraded the software to 3.17 or something. The flashing stopped.
I reinstalled the latest firmware and the flashing is back.
There is something wrong with the latest firmware - it causes my router to flash white for no reason
