RBR850 5G Network wont connect to the internet

I have an ORBI RBK853.  I set up the network and the 2.4G connects fine to the internet, but the 5G will not connect.  I have rebooted the router several times and I still get the Magenta light of death.

    What Firmware version is currently loaded?
    What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?

    What wifi devices are you connecting? 

     

    Has a factory reset and setup from scratch been performed since last FW update?
