RBR850: Blue Ray and LG TV not showing up in Orbi app or on web site
I have two devices that do not show up in the router web page, or Orbi app. Interestingly I have another BluRay same model in the house that shows up fine, and another LG smart TV that shows up fine. Both are connected! The Blu Ray is 192.168.1.25, and the TV is 192.168.1.26. I have tested both internet connections are working fine.
Why wouldn't they be showing up in the iOS app or web page?

Do they appear if you turn OFF the other TV and BD model units?
Are they connected to the RBR or RBS?
They do not appear at any time in the connected device list on the web page or Orbi app. Yet they are connected! So I don't know what RBR they are connected to, although it should be the router itself as they are both about 20 feet from the RBR850.
