The access control page has three lists:
- Connected Devices
- Previously Allowed devices that are not connected
- Previously Blocked devices that are not connected.
The Orbi must remember every device that has ever been connected so that it will know what to do if the device returns (which may be never). Devices can be removed from list 2 and list 3. Nothing can be removed from list 1 because those devices are currently connected.
Plus, the lists can be edited only when Access Control is enabled.
