RBR850 constant pink light disconnects

Confirming the current firmware on the RBR850 and RBS’s are all v7.2.6.31 which after further searching/reading seems to be the problem. I’m going to wait until Monday when the family isn’t at home and downgrade the RBS’s then RBR back to x.21 and see if that solves my problem. Have read that x.31 is likely the problem and NG hasn’t shipped a solution yet to users for that.
Yes, please downgrade the system back to v.21.
You'll need to factory reset and setup from scratch again after v.21 has been applied.
NG is aware of the issues in v.31. No idea when new FW will be forth coming. So v.21 for now. It's solid.
