So only apple devices have an issue if you re-use an old ssid?
Did you go into the apple devices and force them to forget the network from before?
Not only apple, also Samsung Tv had problem, when i set up static ip everything is working but that doesnt solve the problem. I did erase previous setups on Mac and on iPhone that also dod not helped.
