RBR850 Disconnects happening frequently
Last several weeks I have been getting frequest disconnects on my RBR850 from the internet. I have read through the forum, and tried a whole host of fixes recommended by FURRYe38 and others , but so ...

Is the RBR disconnecting from internet services or is it just wifi devices loosing internet or connection from the RBR or do both wired and wireless get disconnected?
What is the distance between the router and satellite(s)? 30 feet is recommended in between RBR and RBS to begin with depending upon building materials when wirelessly connected. https://kb.netgear.com/000036466/How-far-should-I-place-my-Orbi-satellite-from-my-Orbi-router
Try setting manual channel 1, 6 or 11 on 2.4Ghz and any unused channel on 5Ghz.
Any Wifi Neighbors near by? If so, how many?
Please send any debug logs to NG support.

The behavior is very weird. The devices never lose wireless connectivity, but they lose access to the Internet. The RBR does not respond to either the Orbi app, local or remote, nor trying to connect via 192.168.1.1 locally. After several minutes, RBR becomes responsive again. When I check the "logs" (these are the fairly useless general logs) they show no disconnection of the RBR, so it doesn't look like the RBR rebooted or anything, it just became totally unresponsive to outside queries.
Router and satellite distance is less then 30 feet, one is one floor above so distance is 10-12' and other is in my office, about 20 feet away. Both show strong connectivity to the router.
I don't have many 2.4Ghz devices, but I will manually set a channel, 5Ghz is already set to channel 48. 2 Wifi neighbors near, signal strengths are low and are both 2.4Ghz.
How do I send the log to NG support? Is there someplace to open a case that I am missing?
Thanks for the help and suggestions!

Lets try moving the RBS out farther from the RBR. 12 and 20 feet to way too close. 30 feet is starting distance minimum.
One thing you can try and do is turn OFF the RBS and connect everything to the RBR and see if the RBR still fails. If so, this maybe a problem between the RBR and ISP modem.
Does the front LED on the RBR show any inidications when this happens?
Have you done a full factory reset on the RBR since the last FW update and setup from scratch?
