RBR850 Dropping Internet Connectivity

Recently (last few weeks) my RBR850 w/3 RBS850s would drop internet connectivity from my fiber modem (Orbi is the router).  What's weird is my Fire Sticks and Alexa's continue to stream, but phones, ...

    Thanks for your help!  I reverted the FW back to v.21 on all units (RBR and RBS), did a reset and set up the entire system again.  Ensured the "disable" radio button is selected for AU (and yes, my memory was a bit 'off') and everything is back to normal, like it should!  Thank you again for your help.  One question though, why would Netgear release a FW upgrade without conducting a Beta test to work out the bugs?  Seems to me a lot of people might 'dump' Netgear and go to another system because of the issues they were having that could have been avoided.  I almost did!
