RBR850 Ethernet ports stop working

I am having the exact same issue. After a period of a couple months a port will stop working. I move the cable to the next port and will get service for a about month or so. I have contacted customer service and the solution always leads to a factory reset. They seems to effectively reset all the ports but the problem continues to have after a few months.

      What Orbi model do you have? 

      That FW version is not valid for any Orbi AX system. That looks like a Orbi 50 series FW version.

        I apologize.  I have firmware version v 4.6.3.16
