RBR850 firmware updates - service unreachable and manual updates fail

I have the orbi wifi 6 mesh system, model number RBR850.   When trying to update firmware I just get the message "service unreachable and manual updates fail"   If I download the update files and...

    NG meantioned to me that v12 was never intended to be up on the update service. Next major one should be.

Firmware Version
V3.2.16.22_1.4.9

 

I am using Chrome to apply updates. Should I perhaps try another browser?

I use Edge or Firefox here. Sometimes Opera GX. Seen odd problems with Chrome so I don't use it for doing any FW updates.
