I’ve been dealing with this DNS issue for weeks now! It’s so frustrating I am taking online classes. Netgear please fix this issue ASAP. It’s affecting my grades at school.

What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the Orbi router is connected too?
Has a power off for 5 minutes then back ON with the ISP modem and Orbi system been performed since last update?
