RBR850 FW version V4.6.3.16_2.0.51 cant separate the WIFI for 2.4 and 5 ghz

Hello,

 

I need to be able to get 2 SSID on my router one for the 5GHZ and other for my 2.4GHZ.

on my corrent ORBI RBR850 Firmware V4.6.3.16_2.0.51  icant do that!

 

please help!

i need 2.4 support!

    Orbi MESH systems do NOT support separation of SSIDs. 

     

    So you might want to also change the power output of the 5Ghz radio to 25%. Then connect your setup mobile device at a distance from the RBR to ensure the mobile phone keeps connected to the 2.4Ghz radio. After you get the IoT device connected, re-configure the system back to where it was. Under Advanced Tab/Advanced Settings/Wireless Settings. Turn OFF the RBS while you are doing this.
