Does the front LED turn PINK when this happens?

Check the ISP services.
It the Orbi has been working then just started this, Most times the ISP services are at play here.
What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?
Be sure your using a good quality LAN cable between the modem and router. CAT6A STP is recommended.

Thanks for the feedback.
Front LED does not turn pink.
I tried two other known working cat5 cables hoping that was the issue...nope.
My fall back is to use the ISP's 2.4Ghz wireless network on the router. I have had zero drops on that wireless network...though it is slower.
ISP Router info:
Firmware Version:02.03.00.14
Hardware Version:1.03
UI Version:v1.0.415
Model Name:Fios-G1100Verizon FIOS.

Has a power off for 1 minute then back ON with the ISP modem and router been performed since last update?
Be sure to restart your network in this sequence:
Turn off and unplug modem.
Turn off router and computers.
Plug in and turn on modem. Wait 2 minutes for it to connect.
Turn on the router and wait 2 minutes for it to connect.
Turn on computers and rest of network.
Has a factory reset and setup from scratch been performed since last FW update? A complete pull of the power adapters for a period of time after the factory reset then walk thru the setup wizard and setup from scratch with a wired PC and web browser. Recommend setting the default DHCP IP address pool range to the following after applying and a factory reset: 192.168.#.100 to 192.168.#.200.

I would power OFF the ISP modem for 1 minute. Factory reset the Orbi router and power it off. Power ON the ISP modem and let it sync. Then power ON the Orbi router and walk thru the setup wizard again using a wired PC and a web browser.
Press the back reset button for 15 seconds then release.

I did a factory reset the other day, but I did not turn off the ISP's router. What I ended up doing last night was unplug the router and turned off my two satellites and only used the ISP's router for son's xbox and we're using wireless from the ISP's router.
This morning I was going to follow the instructions to power off everything and then power it back on according to the suggestion. So I powered the rbr850 back on, connected it to ISP's router with cat6 cable and then turned on the two satellites.
When I went to the orbi app on my phone it said it connected to router. So I decided to not power off anything and just see how long before I lost internet connection. Well it's been 6+ hours and not a single dropped connection. Logs also verify that there have been no dropped internet connections.
So I'm going to let it go for now and we'll see what happens. Thanks for the input.
