I’ve come to the conclusion that my router has a hardware problem (the router is restarting, it’s not just the internet dropping). Unfortunately, my +$800 system is 14-15 months old and Netgear has decided to not do anything about this issue. Any router system should last at least 4-5 years. The fact that one of the most expensive mesh systems in the market has failed at 14-15 months should be a big concern to Netgear. I’m done with the brand and their horrible customer service.
