RBR850 not getting 2.5gbps
I upgraded to 2.5gbps and am maxing out at gigabit, tested on rbr850 through orbi app, wired directly to modem. all cabling is cat6. can confirm modem is getting 2.5gbps or thereabouts. any ideas?

fixed! bell technician had ethernet plugged into LAN port in back of modem - there's a 10gpbs port. tried that and orbi is up to 2.5.
thanks for trying to help!!!

99.9% sure cat 5e can easily handle 2.5G especially with cable length less than 50 feet.

Maybe and that's your choice of course. However for best operation and stability, CAT6A STP would be recommended. There is a difference. I would not leave anything to a lesser cable.
