RBR850 not reachable after Firmware 4.6.8.2 upgrade attempt
I have not been able to resolve, and i've done a factory reset on router and both satellites. Network is working just fine. Only the mobile ORBI app and the web mgmt site cannot access Orbi network...
What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?
What browser are you using? Try MS Edge, Firefox or Opera
orbilogin.com or 192.168.1.1 should bring up the initial setup wizard after pressing the reset button for 15 seconds then release and the front LED slowly blinks WHITE.

Factory reset and setup from scratch using a wired PC or laptop and web browser and navigate to 192.168.1.1 or orbilogin.com in the web browser. Walk thru the setup wizard here.

All good. Didn't hold reset button long enough for reset. Held for a good 15 seconds - 10 seconds after flashing. Once that completed on router n sats, wizard came right up. Network still intact. Simply lost some device names.
AH, it's always the little things. Glad you got working.
Be sure to save off a back up configuration to file for safe keeping. Saves time if a reset is needed.
