RBR850 not sending IP address after power outage

What Firmware version is currently loaded? Firmware Version V7.2.6.21_5.0.20
What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too? ISP is Trailwave fiber optic, modem is GigaSpire Blast Model u6x GS4227
Be sure your using a good quality LAN cable between the modem and router. CAT6A STP is recommended.
How many RBS are deployed? This was in my original post - there are four satellites, if that's what RBS means.
What is the size of your home? Sq Ft? 1600 sq ft, but there are satellites in other buildings on the property. All satellites are are more than 30 feet away from each other.
What is the distance between the router and satellite(s)? 30 feet or more is recommended in between RB and RBS
to begin with depending upon building materials when wired or wirelessly connected.

Does this happen with the RBS turned OFF? yes

What channel configurations are currently set on the router?

First off, the model ISP ONT indicates it has a router and wifi built in. This would be a double NAT (two router) condition which isn't recommended. https://kb.netgear.com/30186/What-is-Double-NAT

Couple of options,
1. Configure the modem for transparent bridge or modem only mode. Then use the Orbi router in router mode. You'll need to contact the ISP for help and information in regards to the modem being bridged correctly.
2. If you can't bridge the modem, disable ALL wifi radios on the modem, configure the modems DMZ/ExposedHost or IP Pass-Through for the IP address the Orbi router gets from the modem. Then you can use the Orbi router in Router mode.

Are these 100 devices deployed all with in the home or spread out to the remote buildings?
What is the distances of these remote buildings from the main home and from the RBR? If too far away and building materials included, could be causing problems. Orbi was not designed to work wirelessly with RBS located in remote buildings and work with in the main home building.
Try this, turn OFF all RBS accept for the RBR. Pull the power adapter for the RBR for 1 minute then back On. Just testing the devices in the home building, do devices get an IP address in the home building after the RBR comes back to ready?
For 1600 sq ft, a RBR and just one RBS would be needed in the main home building.
Try channels 1, 6 or 11 on 2.4Ghz.
Has a factory reset and setup from scratch been performed since last FW update? Recommend setting the default DHCP IP address pool range to the following after applying and a factory reset: 192.168.#.100 to 192.168.#.250.

I would power OFF the ISP modem for 1 minute. Factory reset the router and power it off. Power ON the ISP modem and let it sync. Then power ON the router and walk thru the setup wizard again using a wired PC and a web browser.
Press the back reset button for 15 seconds then release.

I forgot to mention that the ISP modem is already bridged - that did not help.
MOST devises are within the home. The ones not in my home or Dad's home are wireless cameras scattered on the property and an automatic door opener for the chickens. The two buildings are approximately 50' away, downhill. One is in my Dad's home - the reason why I purchased this system in the first place, and the other one is in a shed to cover areas for my wireless cameras. My apologies, I meant 1900 sq ft, not 1600. The house is a ranch. Router is in center of home, one satellite is at one far corner of house, the other satellite is at the opposite corner of the house.
As for testing - if I am unable to change the router name and password to the old information - which I cannot, then nothing will connect because they are not set up to connect. I already spend hours reconnecting all my devises to the second router, I am now on my third router.

50' maybe to far in between for RBS and the RBR in the main home build to service the remote building that far away over wireless and having to deal with over 100 devices. If there was a ethernet cable connected between the two buildings, this would work better:

Well for this size home, the RBR and just one RBS should work but having over 100 devices, maybe taxing the system some. So if you have two RBS connected, lets try this, try turning down the power output of the RBRs wifi radios from 100% to 50% and see if this changes anything. Under Advanced Tab/Advanced Settings/Wireless Settings

You can change the wifi SSID name and PW back to same after any factory reset. I recommend using the routers web page to setup the RBR and RBS when doing any factory reset:

I have done a factory reset three times and am unable to change the SSID and PW to my custom one. Once I do, I am unable to connect at all, even hard wired and must do another factory reset. I work from home and take care of my 90 yr old father, so this all has taken a big toll on me. I am willing to try the recommendations, but if I can't get the SSID and PW changed, then I won't know if it is working.
Also, the DHCP IP address pool has been changed to several different options over the last few weeks in hopes that something would work.
