What modem is it connected to?
When it goes offline, do devices say "connected, no internet", does the wifi stop broadcasting entirely, are you able to access the router via its ip address, what exactly happens?
It is connected to the Xfinity modem. Devices indicate 'connected, no internet'. I have not tried to access the Orbi via the app or web, but will try that this evening when it does offline again.
Do try to access it. Trying to see if its the router thats actually having an issue or just its connection to the isp.
What xfinity modem is it?
