RBR850 Out Of Sync after upgrade to Firmware 4.6.3.16

Current firmware version is V4.6.3.16 and is loaded on the router and all the satellites
The modem is a Virgin hub 4 , provider is Virgin
I have rebooted several times
What mode is your ISP modem working in? Router or Bridge mode?
Your ISP Modem already has a built in router and wifi. This would be a double NAT (two router) condition which isn't recommended. https://kb.netgear.com/30186/What-is-Double-NAT

Couple of options,
1. Configure the modem for transparent bridge or modem only mode. Then use the Orbi router in router mode. You'll need to contact the ISP for help and information in regards to the modem being bridged correctly.
2. If you can't bridge the modem, disable ALL wifi radios on the modem, configure the modems DMZ/ExposedHost or IP Pass-Through for the IP address the Orbi router gets from the modem. Then you can use the Orbi router in Router mode.

I am not sure what this has to do with my satellite being out of sync after a firmware version upgrade?
My Virgin hub is in modem only mode . Next step would be a factory reset and setup from scratch. I would reset the RBS and then turn it OFF. Setup the RBR to completion. Then turn ON the RBS and try pressing the sync button on the RBS then RBR. I'd do this with the RBS in same room as the RBR.
