What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?
Is the Orbi system operating in Router or AP mode?
What is the size of your home? Sq Ft?
What is the distance between the router and satellite(s)? 30 feet or more is recommended in between RBR and RBS to begin with depending upon building materials when wirelessly connected.
What channels are you using? Auto? Try setting manual channel 1, 6 or 11 on 2.4Ghz and 40 to 48 channel on 5Ghz.
Any Wifi Neighbors near by? If so, how many?
Try disabling the following and see:
Armor, Traffic Meter, IPv6 and Set 20/40Mhz Coexistence to 40Mhz only. Set CTS to 2347. Set Short preamble instead of Long preamble modes. Save settings and reboot the router and satellite(s). Under Advanced Tab/Advanced Settings/Wireless Settings

Has a power off for 1 minute then back ON with the ISP modem and Orbi system been performed since last update?

What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too? It's a direct cable connect, no modem.
Is the Orbi system operating in Router or AP mode? Router mode
What is the size of your home? Sq Ft? 240 m² (not sure how this could effect an automatic restart, especially as it worked for several months)
What is the distance between the router and satellite(s)? 30 feet or more is recommended in between RBR and RBS to begin with depending upon building materials when wirelessly connected. It's a wired connection
What channels are you using? Auto? Try setting manual channel 1, 6 or 11 on 2.4Ghz and 40 to 48 channel on 5Ghz. 11 on 2.4 and 36 on 5 Ghz
Any Wifi Neighbors near by? If so, how many? Yes, 5

Just to be clear I don't have a WiFI issue, the RBR850 is pulsing white, turns off the WiFi (until the pulsing stops) and is also not reachable via a wired PC during that time.
Has a power off for 1 minute then back ON with the ISP modem and Orbi system been performed since last update? There is no ISP modem.

Has a power off for 1 minute then back ON with the ISP modem and Orbi system been performed since last update? There is no ISP modem. Has a power off for 1 minute then back ON with Orbi system been performed since last update? Might try a factory reset on the RBR as well if the power OFF doesn't change it.

So is the RBS directly wired to the RBR?
Yes

Yes that has been made. Is there a recommended way to restore the configuration after a factory reset? Due to the amount of connected devices and their connection to each other a reset without resotring the configuration is not a viable solution in production.

> 30 feet is too far....keep an eye on the sat ring...the color will guide
As mentioned already in the beginning the color is pulsing white. The satellite has a wired connection.
