RBR850 running slow

I have an Orbi RBR850 router with one satellite connected to a Netgear Nighthawk CM2000 cable modem. Primary RBR connected to modem with Cat 5E cable. There are multiple devices directly connected to...

Damaged cables can sometimes degrade performance, therefore make sure the cable connecting your RBR850 to the modem is good.

    I swapped out cables, no change-still slow. I disconnected all other LAN devices except the one computer, no change - still slow.
