RBR850 Satellite dropping wifi - V4.6.7.13_2.1.9

Been fighting for 3 months now with NG to fix this. Running 1 satellite, 80 feet away from router, hard wired. the RBS constantly drops the WIFI broadcast and all the devices drop. Hard-wired devices remain online with no issues. You can still ping the RBS as well from hard wired devices. This only happens with the RBS. Running latest Firmware thy provided me V4.6.7.13_2.1.9 on both devices, have done factory resets with each update, and still having the issue. Struggling with getting any support from Tier II or III, no one calling back. At this point I am about to eat the money and  move to a new solution. Has anyone else had this issue / solved for it here by chance?
