RBR850 slow download fast upload (wired)

Question

I recently switched to TDS fiber (gigabit) and got an Orbi RBK853.

Using the Orbi's built in speed test I get 250-300Mbps down and 975Mbps up.

Any ideas why my download speed is so much slower than my upload speed? I tried switching to AP mode, but then I couldn't connect to the Orbi any more so I had to do a factory reset.

I'm on V3.2.18.1 firmware. I saw there was a newer version on the website, but when I try to do an automatic update my Orbi is saying no newer firmware is available.

What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?

What speed do you get with a wired PC connected to the RBR using Ooklas installable speed test app? Test the same wit the wired PC connected to the ISP Modem/ONT with out the RBR connected...&nbsp;

It is a Calix 711GE ONT.I haven’t been able to kick my kids off the internet yet to run a speed test on my laptop so that might have to wait until tonight.
