No success. I connected my MacBook Pro directly to the CM2000 with a CAT 6 cable. Download speeds of 90 Mbps recorded.
Something either with your wired device or the CM modem:
What Firmware version is currently loaded?
Please post a copy and paste of the modems connection status and event log page.

Be sure your using a good quality LAN cable between the modem and router. CAT6A STP is recommended.
