rbr850, stopped broadcasting its SSID

I have an ORBI RBR850 that stopped broadcasting this AM.

I was able to get internet when directly attached to the modem but nothing through Orbi (wireless).  I didn't try a device wired to Orbi so not certain if this was a wireless only issue.  Anybody else had this issue before?

    Try powering OFF the RBR for 30 seconds then back ON? Does it return then?

      Thanks (again:).

       

      I had already POR before posting but wanted to see if others have had a similar issue.  I only have about 30 days left before I can't return it and concerned of runing into an issue like my RBR50 had (the buggy firmware problem)

       

      If it happens again I'll test the LAN connected devices to see if this is isolated to just wireless.

      Can you think of other things to test?

        Try a full factory reset and setup from scratch. 

         

        What channels are you using? Auto? Try setting manual channel 1, 6 or 11 on 2.4Ghz and 40 to 48 channel on 5Ghz.
        Any Wifi Neighbors near by? If so, how many?

         

        What is the size of your home? Sq Ft?
        What is the distance between the router and satellite(s)? 30 feet or more is recommended in between RBR and RBS to begin with depending upon building materials when wirelessly connected.

         

        What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?
