Has a power off for 5 minutes then back ON with the ISP modem and Orbi system been performed since last update?
What is the size of your home? Sq Ft?
What is the distance between the router and 📡 satellite(s)? 30 feet or more is recommended in between RBR and RBS📡 to begin with depending upon building materials when wirelessly connected.

You have to use Orbi app to enable anywhere access. Remote access is no longer seen on the RBRs web page.
- rrozenthalOct 14, 2021AspirantThank you for quickly picking this up!
I rebooted the router (including my Fios Gigabit ISP) multiple times. Deleted and reinstalled the IOS app. Tried accessing from multiple devices (iPad/iPhone)
With no luck. The error (attached) shows up as soon as I click settings—>anywhere access.
Different error when clicking the router directly.- FURRYe38Oct 14, 2021Guru - Experienced User
Try a full power OFF of the system and ISP ONT for 5 minute. This means pull the power adapters from the wall sockets, wait, then plug back in.
Possible problem with the Orbi app, I would post about over in the Orbi app forum:

You could try a full on reset on the RBR and setup from scratch with a wired PC and web browser. Once setup, log in to the RBR with the Orbi app and see if you can enable anywhere access.
or open a support ticket and talk to NG support about the app issue:
