RBR850 WAN stuck on 100m/full

did you try a cat 6 cable? 

Also, did you try connecting a PC directly to your modem to see if its a modem port issue?

I did…..no change! Also I’m using CAT6 throughout entire house.

    You tried directly connecting to the modem? 

    and it connected at gigabit speeds?

    Is the modem right next to the router? Or is it in a different room?

        for testing, try moving the router right next to the modem and just use 1 cable to connect modem---router. 

        to frequently I see wall jacks that have a sketchy press down or connection that causes issues.
