I have the exact same issue. Applied to participate in the beta, let's see if that fixes it.

Update: just now my indoor camera got updated with new firmware (2.1.8.7 → 2.1.8.9) and I could now connect! 🥳

I'm fairly sure I already wrote here on July 16 but I don't see my message, so here goes again. I have the exact same problem. I'd like to participate in the beta and submitted the form on the 16th. I haven't heard back nor did I get a confirmation mail... how does this process work?
