RBR850 won't connect to the internet
I have a RBR850 I am using to replace my RBR50. The RBR50 connects fine to the internet but I can't get the RBR850 to connect. My ISP router is bridge and as I stated before the RBR50 connects with no issues. What am I missing?
Power OFF both modem and RBR for 30 seconds then power ON the modem then RBR...check the status page on the RBR.
Be sure your using good quality LAN cable between the modem and router. CAT6 is recommended.
What Firmware version is currently loaded?
What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?Does your ISP use DHCP or PPPoE connections?
