What Firmware version is currently loaded?
What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?
What is the size of your home? Sq Ft?
What is the distance between the router and 📡 satellite(s)? 30 feet or more is recommended in between RBR and RBS📡 to begin with depending upon building materials when wirelessly connected.

What channels are you using? Auto? Try Auto and 48 on 5Ghz. Or try setting manual channel 1, 6 or 11 on 2.4Ghz and 40 to 48 channel on 5Ghz.
Any Wifi Neighbors near by? If so, how many?

Firmware: V4.6.8.5 on both (manually updated, downloaded the RBR and RBS latest versions from Netgear support site). Issue was present before and after update.
Modem: Moto MB8600
Home size: 3800 sq ft
Distance: >30 ft but connected via hardwire. Connection = Modem > RBR > NG GS116NA unmanaged switch > RBS
Channels: Auto for 2.4, tried all available channels for 5 GHz but no change has resulted in a fix.
Neighbors: No neighbors within ~400 ft.

Set manual channel 1 and 40
Set CTS to 2347
Turn down the power from 100% to 50% on the RBR.
What CAT# lan cable is being used between the RBR, Switch and RBS?
- RhyftJul 13, 2022Aspirant
Done - I'll see if it continues to happen.
RBR <> switch = cat6
switch <> RBS = cat6 home wiring and cat7 from the in-wall port to RBS
