  • There is no App control, the laptop system reports that the laptop is allowed and connected at 5ghz

Is this the only device that has the problem when connected at the RBS?

Be sure any wifi adapter drivers are updated on the laptop from the adapters wifi mfr.

I presume the RBS FW was updated as well?

What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?

What is the size of your home? Sq Ft?
What is the distance between the router 📡 and satellite(s)🛰️? 30 feet or more is recommended in between RBR 📡 and RBS 🛰️ to begin with depending upon building materials when wired or wirelessly connected.

What channel configurations are currently set on the router?

Has a power off for 1 minute then back ON with the ISP modem and router and satellites been performed since last update?
Be sure to restart your network in this sequence:
    Turn off and unplug modem.
    Turn off router and computers.
Plug in and turn on modem. Wait 2 minutes for it to connect.
Turn on the router and wait 2 minutes for it to connect.
Turn on computers and rest of network.

      Hi Mate,

I only have 1 laptop and it only has issue with the RBS, the RBR it connects with the same settings and works with out any issue.

I have updated the firmware on the RBR and RBS, and updated all NIC drivers which is for an Intel Wi-Fi 6 AX200 160mhz, Driver versions 23.120.0.3

The RBS is next to my laptop, I am able to get my laptop to work using the onboard NIC in the RBS, so the connection between the RBR and the RBS seem fine

      The router s using the auto channels I believe 40 + 48 for 5ghz

I have factory reset all devices.

      Thankyou for the response

Try this as a quick test. Enable the IoT network. Set a SSID name. Try 2.4Ghz first then 5Ghz. Set WiFI security to NONE at first. See if the laptop connects to the open network. Then after try that, enabled WPA2 only on the IoT network.

Does the Laptop connect at all in any of the IoT configurations?
