RBR852 - Problems with Ring Video Doorbell v2

Hi,
I’m having issues with my Ring Video Doorbell 2 since installing my RBR852.

Spotlight Cam works fine.
Ring chime connectivity issue resolved by changing CTS to 2347.

Still having issues with Live View on the Ring Video Doorbell 2.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

      Hi,

      I fixed mine by setting the CTS to 2347.

      Also worth mentioning that it’s an American Wi-Fi chip in the Ring devices which don’t support the upper 2.4Ghz bands which causes and issue if left set to Auto and it decides to move to CH13.

      I ended up setting it CH6. Once you have made the changes you will need to power cycle the Doorbell.
