RBR860 gateway address wrong on DHCP
I'm not sure what is upstream of the router. It's cable, provided by an outsourced ISP, and their attitude is "we don't support you because it isn't equipment we supplied". I get a static public IP...

What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?
Be sure your using a good quality LAN cable between the modem and router. CAT6A STP is recommended.
Is the RBR Internet Setup configured for DHCP or Static WAN configuration?
What happens if you set the LAN side DHCP subnet to 192.168.1.1 and DCHP IP address pool range to .100 thru .200?

I don't know the details of the equipment upstream.
Internet setup is configured for Static WAN configuration, using the static IP address provided by the ISP. I've got good cable in place. This system has worked for a long time, only recently have I had problems with DHCP.
I can't really try the 192.x.x.x range of addresses, there's a lot of devices on the network, that's a big change.
In the document you link to, I have the same LAN settings (only difference, I'm using the 10.0.1.x range). It says there
The router delivers the following parameters to any LAN device that requests DHCP:
- Gateway IP address (the router's LAN IP address)
That's the bit I'm not getting, I don't get the router's IP address.

Will need to get the upstream ISP brand and model when you can. Important to know this info.
What Firmware version is currently loaded?Has a power off for 1 minute then back ON with the ISP modem and router and satellites been performed since last update?
Be sure to restart your network in this sequence:
Turn off and unplug modem.
Turn off router and computers.
Plug in and turn on modem. Wait 2 minutes for it to connect.
Turn on the router and wait 2 minutes for it to connect.
Turn on computers and rest of network.
Has a factory reset and setup from scratch been performed since last FW update?Try using the 10.0.0.1 subnet as a test and see if any devices get connected?
MAC Address Randomizers:
Be sure to disable any MAC Address randomizers on phones and pads while at home:

I'll try to get the details of the upstream system.
The rest of your message is detailed. It will take some time to work through. I haven't done the full power off/on sequence. I have done a power off/on on the router, left it off 5 minutes. But didn't power off/on all devices in the network.
Firmware Version
V7.2.6.31_5.0.24I'm going to try a factory reset and set everything up again.

Ok thanks for the feedback.
Something to know, users have been posting about issues seen on v.31 FW. So we have not been able to fully recommend this version of FW. Last good known working and stable FW is v.21. So if the suggestions or a FR doesn't resolve the issue your seeing you might want to downgrade back to v.21, FR and then disable the auto update feature. We've made NG aware of this so they know.

What happens if you feed the gateway's static IP address into a browser?
Just another user with time on their hands.

Depends which address you mean.
10.0.1.1 (the correct gateway address) - I get the router setup screens, I can log in to the Orbi
10.0.1.2 (reported as the default gateway address) - nothing, there's nothing connected
ISP gateway address (the static IP address from the ISP, it's my publicly available IP address) - nothing
