firmware is 7.2.6.31 Yes, Cat 6 cable is connecting the router to the ont. I can’t get any info off the isp modem. special tools needed to open it and get info

Do you know if the ISP modem is a Cable modem or Fiber ONT?
Who is your ISP?
Has a factory reset and setup from scratch been performed since last FW update?
And are you speed testing with a wired PC at the RBR alone with out the RBS being online?
