see photo. i gave 2gb service, but the desktop only has a 1 gb card. same server gonetspeed. web version, ~1gb/1gb. applet, 250mb/1gb. Same results on all servers. Remove Orbi and run ethernet directly to the desktop, 1gb/1gb on both website and applet. Speed from Orbi ios app, 250mb/1.8gb
Internet search turns up other examples of the Ookla Speed Test app producing lower results than the Ookla web site:

In this specific instance, however, getting identical results when connecting directly to the ISP seems inconsistent with those descriptions.
If this is the same version of the Windows 'app', "I got nothin"
