Can I bring my orbi purchase in USA to Italy and buy a converter to work with 220v?

If the converter outputs 110 volts, it should work.
You'll need to check on the specs of the converter to be sure.
Might check on the power adapter that comes with the RBRE, sometimes they are dual power supporting.
Bigger concern is that italy's wifi broadcast channels/restrictions are different. that's why most devices have a region that you select. And the north America units are locked.
