RBRE960 - IoT network doesn't show up

A factory reset seems to have sorted it out, and the IoT network is broadcasting now (with the exact same settings as before).
Kindof a huge pain to have to factory reset it and reconfigure everything, but at least it's working.

The SSID is "WhyFly-IoT" (it was automatically generated based on my usual network name it seems).
I've restarted the equipment, yes.
By "None of my devices", I mean both IoT devices and regular ones - my phone, my wife's phone, my chromebook, none of those see the IoT SSID either. All of these devices are connected to the regular "WhyFly" main SSID without issues.

I noticed one tiny detail that has bit me in the (you know where) many times over the years.
I tend to fill in the blanks and then 'move on' to something else without clicking the Apply button. It's not that I'm careless, but.... (well, I am careless).
