RBRE960 - IoT network doesn't show up
Hey, I've setup a Orbi RBRE960 with two satellites. It updated to the latest firmware (V6.0.3.85_3.1.15), and I enabled the "IoT network" on a unique SSID. It's set to "WPA2-Personal" and "2.4Ghz an...

A factory reset seems to have sorted it out, and the IoT network is broadcasting now (with the exact same settings as before).
Kindof a huge pain to have to factory reset it and reconfigure everything, but at least it's working.

Verify that the "Enable IoT network" checkbox is checked on orbilogin.com's Advanced tab?
Let's also check some basic wireless info. On orbilogin.com's Wireless tab, what does Wireless Settings show? On my AXE system it says:

Here are my settings, both in the app and the web interface - the structure looks a bit different than yours.
I'm going to try the factory reset option, i'll report back later today

What happens if you set just IoT? Still nothing?
Do you have a WiFi analyzer on a Pad or phone that you can use to look at wifi signals?

Exactly the way mine is set up, and it's working great.
Can you run something line WiFiAnalyzer or go to the WiFi Analytics in the Orbi app, scroll over to Network Status, and see if that SSID is even broadcasting?
If it is not broadcasting, then you may have a bad unit.
I am not sure how long you have had the 960s. If a bad unit, you may need to return and get a new unit or contact NG support for an RMA.
If it is broadcasting, then it's something else - and hopefully we can figure it out.

Glad you got it working. Yes sometime a reset works well. Please mark your thread as solved so others will know. Be sure to save off a back up configuration to file for safe keeping. Saves time if a reset is needed. 😉
