WIFI6 is a mode on 5Ghz, AX mode. 6E is AX mode on 6Ghz.
Placement of RBR and RBS and distances in between.
How the phone is handling the signal and connections to the RBR or RBS, or the nearest best signal the phone is seeing. It's up to devices to pick and choose how they connect.
What phone brand do you have?
