Do devices connect to the Guest WiFi and get internet access?
I don't believe so. Let me try.
No. I cannot. On further checking, it appears that it may be one of the satellites that is broadcasting the ssid.
I don't see the network on my iphone until I go outside (satellite in the detached garage).
If nothing will connect to Guest, then this might be one of those irritating things that no one can explain.
Sounds like the garage RBS may not be getting a full sync thus not getting the condition set from the RBR for GN being disabled. Might bring the RBS in closer to the RBR and see if it will sync fully and not broadcast the GN.
