RBRE960 local network doesn't support Wifi printer or HomeKit

I narrowed the issue down to an mDNS issue. Basically my Philips hue hub (connected via ethernet) and my Brother printer (connected via WiFi) are not detected on my local network using the Flame Services Browser app on my iPhone

 

Any suggestions on how to fix this issue? It tried recommendations in this thread but failed
