What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?
Be sure your using a good quality LAN cable between the modem and router. CAT6 is recommended.
Does this happen with the RBS turned OFF?
Does this happen with both wireless and wired devices?
What channel configurations are currently set on the router?
What is the size of your home? Sq Ft?
What is the distance between the router and 📡 satellite(s)? 30 feet or more is recommended in between RBR📡 and RBS🛰️ to begin with depending upon building materials when wirelessly connected
Are the RBS directly connected to the back of the RBR or is there a LAN switch in between? Brand and model please.

Not sure, haven't tested with just the router, will test next time it goes down.
Does this happen with both wireless and wired devices? It's like the route is gone, so yes, both wired and wireless devices don't see it.

For this size of home, the RBR and just one RBS would be needed. Having two maybe too much and causing problems. Let turn OFF one RBS for now. https://youtu.be/UR0viMLISz4

I've seen the video, and while I may need to adjust signal strength, our home configuration is not amenable to just an RBR and single RBS. This may be affecting the connection from walking around the house, but I would be shocked if this was the cause of the router suddenly disappearing after months of not having that issue at all.

40~ft for one, 60 ft for the other, single story home, about 80 ft between the 2 satellites
