Reconfigure the NAS to use either DHCP, a DHCP reservation (fixed IP), or at least to an IP address in the same subnet like your RBRE960B 192.168.1.0/24.
Most easy way would be to temporarily configure a PC or a MAC to the 10.x.x.x/?? address on the exact same subnet address config like your NAS.
There is not much sense in configuring a bigger IP subnet, because the system does only support 256 (254 useable) addresses.
