RBRE960B Just one Ethernet port acts weird

Hi there,  I've this system from Feb now. It works great. I've a Xbox Series X and a Playstation 5 attached to the main base.  Just one ethernet port seems to act strange.  Both with Ps5 and Xbox ...

I want to check more detail for "PlayStation Plus or Xbox Live don't work".

Can't connect to PlayStation Plus or Xbox Live ?

or can't play game in PlayStation Plus or Xbox Live ?

or other problem ?

    When connected to that port, weather it is Xbox, Playstation, Steam Deck or LG OLED they can detect internet correctly but none of their services then work.
