RBS 750 firmware
Hello,
This is my first post. I’ve had the mesh router with one satellite. The problem I have is that I keep getting an error message on the app when I try to update firmware. The other frustration is my devices no longer appear on the primary router or satellite. Can anyone help please? I’m not tech savvy to fix myself. At one time, I saw them and all were on the primary. Then everything disappeared Thank you.

I recommend avoiding updating FW using the Orbi app. Use a wired PC and web browser. Update information can be reviewed here:
