RBS 850, RBR 850, are the panels on the body loose?

I received "new" RBS 850 & RBR 850

the panels on both are loose, shaking.

Is it the case for all 850 items?

For example RBR RBS 750 had firm (white) panels

    They should be tight and NOT loose. I'd return the entire system and get another.
