RBS 860 - ethernet disconnects
Hey everyone, Wanted to see if anyone has ideas on the cause. I have no issues with the RBR860. Recently purchased a RBS860 to improve the connection at the back of the house approx. 1500 sqft. ...

RBS FW version should be same as whats on the RBR:
Try updating the RBS to same version of FW. After the FW is applied and RBS seems ready, power OFF the RBS for 30 seconds then back ON.
What is the distance between the router and 📡 satellite(s)? 30 feet or more is recommended in between RBR📡 and RBS🛰️ to begin with depending upon building materials when wired or wirelessly connected.

What channel configurations are currently set on the router? ️

Firmware is now matching between RBR to RBS to V7.2.6.21
Approx. 25-30 feet, there are three walls between.
Let me know if this is the info you are requesting regarding channel configurations:
AX enabled 2.4 GHz and 5 Ghz
2.5 GHz channel: Auto
5 GHz channel: 40
Also have the IoT Network enabled and most of our smart devices are connected through that 2.4 GHz only

Hey FURRYe38,
Thank you for following up. The connection has been stable. Still experiencing some latency issues but that could be unrelated - going to keep troubleshooting that on the PC/ISP side. Updated the ethernet port drivers on the PC when I matched the routher/satellite firmware. So overall a drastic improvement from the frequent disconnects.
