RBS20 is unable to connect to my router RBR750
Hi, my RBS20 is unable to connect to RBR750. It keeps failing regardless I'm using the phone, computer, or syncing directly from the router and satellite itself.
The attached pictures are the error messages.
Can someone help? Thanks!

Orbi AC products are not compatible with Orbi AX products.

Thank youI didn't notice the issue. I checked with the salesperson he says they are compatible with each other. In this case, possible for me to upgrade with the Netgear company directly? The salesperson doesn't seem to have much product knowledge.
