Hello steve37066,

 

I understand your RBS350 is constantly syncing and is only 15 feet away from the router. Lowering your transmit power to 50% can resolve this issue. To change your transmit power please follow the instructions below.

 

From the router login home page navigate to the following:

 

  • "ADVANCED"
  • "Wireless Settings"
  • "Transmit Power Control"

Thanks for replying,

Have reduced transmit power to 50% for both 2.4 and 5GHz channels but the problem persists.

Any other ideas?
